Our Practices
Our experience and research at The Helix Group demonstrate that companies can be taught to strategically design and develop their cultures for financial and operational excellence, rather than being passive adopters of cultural norms based on outmoded understandings of the business environment.

A NEW UNDERSTANDING - A NEW KIND OF COMPANY
Drawing on the work of such innovative leaders as Peter Senge, Michael Ray, M. Scott Peck, Lev Vygotsky, Dean Brown, and others, Kaz Gozdz looks at organizations through a constructive-developmental perspective. As he integrates and applies the methods and processes associated with this new perspective, we find that a new kind of company emerges, one in which leadership and employees are constantly learning, growing, and becoming more powerfully capable as human beings – while at the same time dramatically increasing the capability of the enterprise to be successful in today’s constantly changing business environment.
Six specific concepts form the foundation on which this new kind of company can be built. Access the links below for more information about each of them.
